2015, Development of the Western Cape Public Transport Framework Bill

This a pilot project managed by Aurecon Engineering Consultants and conducted in the George Municipality. Turnerlegal is sub-contracted to Aurecon to provide it with the technical legal support."

2009 - 2010, The George Mobility Strategy

TurnerLegal has been mandated to revise the Western Cape Safety & Compliance Strategy of 2007 and align it to the National Land Transport Act of 2009. It also aligned the strategy to the Provincial Department’s flagship Safely Home Campaign."

2010, The Western Cape Safety & Compliance Strategy

TurnerLegal provided analysis and legal opinion to the provincial department of transport during the comment phases of this Act. It has reviewed the draft Bill and Regulations thoroughly before its promulgation and have analysed the present Act in its entirety."

2008 - 2010, The National Land Transport Act, 2009 and Regulations

TurnerLegal was previously mandated to investigate the feasibility of establishing a distinctive public transport law enforcement unit as intended in Chapter 7 of the National Land Transport Act."

2007, Public Transport Law Enforcement
