Brandell Turner holds a BA (Law) and LL.B degree from the University of the Western Cape in Cape Town. Brandell was admitted to practice law in 1996 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in public and administrative law and commercial law. He presently acts as a consultant to various provincial and local government departments in administrative law litigation and advises on regulatory compliance.
